For the launch of the Fall-Winter 2020 collection, Valentino chose to deliver its Empathy campaign as a message of solidarity.

All of the campaign portraits were shot remotely by the talents themselves. The funds generated by the campaign were donated to Spallanzani Hospital's COVID-19 center in Italy. In addition, a combination of wild posting posters and street furniture was produced to support the campaign. To engage better with the local audiences, the messages were tailored to each city: Milan exhibited Italian talents, while Paris boasted with the French artists.
